At CambridgEcommerce we value our customers and go to extremes to give you the best service possible.  As our customers will tell you, we help them step through the process of establishing, implementing, and using all the forms of payment processing.  In addition, we are thinking ahead and anticipating changes that need to be made to help your business run smoothly.

We like to view our relationship as more of a partnership than a customer-vendor relationship. We take the success and streamlining of your business seriously.

We take the questions and streamlining of your business seriously and do not delegate this to folks who have no interest in your success.  An example of this is our policy of returning all calls within 4 hours, always being available on our cell phones, and always having a live person answer the phone during working hours. You do not have time for voicemail, and we want to be available to help you.

Pricing follows a similar philosophy. We like services with lots of value and so do you, so our pricing is always excellent. How do we keep pricing valuable to you? As volume increases, prices automatically decrease. This lets you focus on your products and services, not nickels and dimes.
